I am so excited to personally introduce myself to each and
every one of you and share a little about my incredible journey in building MYCASHMERE.
I created this brand during the global lockdowns where I felt the need for timeless pieces that would make you look as good as you feel while wearing them. I decided that cashmere was the ultimate fabric that created this effortlessly elegant effect and became immersed in the amazing world of cashmere, where it comes from, how its created and its unique properties.
Being german I knew that quality and craftsmanship were of upmost importance to me. Having 7 years of luxury corporate experience, I have always been deeply in love with Italy and the amazing craftsmanship and artisanal skill sets in this country and knew this is where I wanted to produce our pieces.
I travelled to Perugia, Italy also known as "The Cashmere Valley" and also just meters away from Brunello Cucinelli's production and found the most amazing factory with wonderful craftsman where the skills of knitting have been handed down through generations. We then embarked on this journey together to create our beautiful collection.
My mission is to create beautiful yet sustainably crafted pieces that will last you a lifetime. Each and every part of this brand has been designed and made with love for you and I am so thrilled to share it with you.
